The ICHS Alumnae Association offers and administers scholarships for both current students and alumnae to study for a first degree in Jamaica, at a recognised educational institutions.  Applicants should be well rounded students, involved in their school and community..

APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP for academic year 2024-25 will open May 1, 2024 and close July 15, 2024.

​

Only current or past students of Immaculate Conception HIgh School are invited to apply for scholarship.  Applicants are required to have at least a "B" average, be well rounded individuals of good character, and in need of financial assistance.  Scholarship valid for study in Jamaica only.

Applicants who are shortlisted will be required to provide the following documents:

• Letter of request for scholarship

• Most current school grades and exam results

• Birth certificate

• 2 letters of recommendation (one must be from a past Teacher)

The Kimberley & Jhenaé Gordon Memorial Grant (Grade 10)

Established in memory of ICHS students, Kimberley and Jhenaé Gordon, this grant seeks to support a current 10th or 11th Grade student of ICHS with a deep love of art. 

 

This grant was designed as a vehicle to support some of today’s most creative youngsters. Its framework was deeply guided by the efforts of the conceptualisers to promote artistic development of pupils at the high school level.

 

UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS

The Monica Wright Education Grant

Monica Wright Education Grant, donated by the Wright Sisters in memory of their mother, is given to an ICHS  graduate to pursue full-time study in education.

Tertiary Education Scholarships for ICHS Graduates:

The ICHS Alumnae Association offers scholarship(s) to ICHS graduates who will be pursuing full-time courses of study at local tertiary level institutions.   These scholarships are funded by funds raised by the bi-annual ICHS Hall of Fame

 

Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship at the Edna Manley College

The ICHS Alumnae Association offers scholarship to an ICHS graduate who will be pursuing a full-time course of study of the visual or performing arts.

The scholarships listed above can be applied to using the application form for the ICHS Alumnae Scholarship.  Applications open May 1, 2023.  Deadline for application is July 15, 2024.
